The hearing on the stay of AGM Promotion came up today after the respondent BSNL filed MA for vacation of stay and prepone the hearing as well as others also impleaded in the case for vacation of stay at Hon’ble CAT Jabalpur.
All advocates from respondent and intervener parties pleaded strongly for the vacation of stay. The advocate of applicant ( MT) side strongly opposed the vacation of stay and pleaded to court that they should be given time to prove that their contention has Merit and current AGM promotion is going to affect the seniority of their client adversely and that process of AGM Promotions is not in line with MSRRs.
After hearing all sides next date of hearing is fixed as 14/09/2022. The stay continues till next date of hearing.
