I entered the DoT as JTO in 1998. After serving in Key positions at the Federation of Bahujan Telecom Organisation (FBTO), Bahujan JTO Association, Bahujan TES Group ‘B’Officers Associations, Bahujan Executives Association (BEA) from 1998 to 2004, I joined the erstwhile SC/ST Association BSNL SEWA upon its formation in Delhi in 2005 and was elected as Vice President unanimously for Delhi Circle in the presence of the then General Secretary, an acclaimed Leader Shri S Jayaraj and the then All India Finance Secretary of the erstwhile BSNL SEWA Shri P N Perumal.
After the formation of SEWA BSNL in 2007 by merging all the SC/ST Associations including BSNL SEWA, in the first CHQ body formed on 28-02-2007, I was unanimously elected as Asst General Secretary for North Zone and then elected as National Finance Secretary in a tough competition in 2010 in the First AIC held in Bhopal Madhya Pradesh. In 2012, elected as National President in the Second AIC held in Chennai by defeating 3 dominant Leaders and thereafter General Secretary from 2014 to 31st January 2026 continuously and worked up to the expectations of the members honestly.
It is hard to believe that I am retired from BSNL service. Since the formation of SEWA, up to my retirement on 31st January 2026, I have sincerely worked for the members of SEWA undauntedly to the best of my ability, knowledge,enthusiasm and passion.
Served as your General Secretary has been the highest honour of my career. I want to immensely Thank You all, not just as, Office Bearers Members, Seniors and Well wishers, but as my own family. We shared countless hours of hard work, stressful deadlines, and joyful victories. Your Passion, Commitment, and Support have left an indelible mark on my life.
I am forever grateful to the Leaders who mentored me and the members who stood by me during tough times. I am incredibly proud of what we have already achieved as a team, very particularly from 2013 to till my retirement. During this period only we have achieved a lot remarkably and raised the image of SEWA in the eyes of others. All because of you.
Thank you for believing in my leadership. I am proud of the solid foundation we have built together.
As I close this chapter, I hope our Leaders & Members will continue to work with the same spirit of unity and dedication and with the Co-ordination of elders who are still serving for the sake of SEWA as Hony Advisors with selfless intent without thought of reward. I leave the General Secretary post with the Confidence that the Association is in Capable hands. I wish incoming experienced high spirited, energetic young Leader Bro Ashok Patel and all team members , CHQ Office Bearers, Circle Office Bearers and District Office Bearers for continued success and growth and for taking the SEWA to the Top Peak. I am confident in the future of our Association SEWA that our Young Candid Leaders will do wonders.
Please Stay in touch. As “Chief Patron” of SEWA, my services will Continue to Overcome all the Hurdles facing by SEWA and to achieve pending issues, especially policy matters with regard to Own Merit and Reservation Roster.
Once again I Thank You all with folded hands for your continuous Co-operation and having Unwavering Trust in me. Even if I have knowingly or unknowingly done anything wrong, or if any decision I took in the larger interest of society has hurt, caused pain or distress to anyone, please forgive me.

Organised a Special Felicitation Meeting to honour our affectionate leader Newly appointed Chief Patron of SEWA Shri N D RAM, Principal CHQ Advisor Shri Satyaveer Singh and AGS Central Shri Lokendra Ganolia. In the Value added meeting held at SNEA Circle Office, Eastern Court New Delhi, SNEA Corporate Office Circle Team in the presence of their GS SNEA respected Shri M S Adasul Felicitated Shri N D RAM Newly Appointed Chief Patron of SEWA BSNL, Principal CHQ Advisor Shri Satyaveer Singh and AGS(Central) Shri Lokendra Ganolia by presenting Shawl and beautiful bouquet of flowers and subsequently They honoured Dy GS of SEWA Shri Vijay Pal and CS SEWA BSNL CO Shri Mukesh by presenting Bouquet of flowers. Thereafter, as courtesy, they presented their SNEA Diary & Calendars to all the Office Bearers of SEWA BSNL Corporate Office assembled in the Special meeting.
