In the Tiruchirappalli Meeting, our Circle Chief Advisor Shri G KANAGARAJAN will accompany with us and in All 5 Meetings, Our National Chief Advisor Shri P N PERUMAL, National Finance Secretary & Circle Secretary S PANNEER SELVAM and Hony CHQ Advisor Shri V NAGAMANI will attend along with our General Secretary.

1) All the Members of Tiruchi SSA, Cuddalore SSA, Kumbakonam SSA and Thanjavur SSA, especially Executive members including IMPCS are requested to attend in the Tiruchirappalli Meeting.
2) All the Members of Madurai SSA, Karaikudi SSA, Virudhu Nagar SSA, Tuticorin SSA, Tirunelveli SSA and Nagercoil SSA, particularly Executive members including STP, STR, IMPCS are requested to attend in the Madurai meeting.
3) All the Members of CGMO, Vellore SSA, RGM TTC, Chennai TD, notably Executive members including IMPCS are requested to attend in the Circle Office Meeting.
4) All the Members of Coimbatore SSA, Salem SSA, Dharmapuri SSA, Erode SSA, Coonoor SSA and STP, STR, IMPCS exceptionally Executive Members are requested to join in the Coimbatore Meeting.

DPDS are requested to ensure that their Total Office Bearers / Bonafide Members are participating in their earmarked place of meeting.
DPDS of Circle Office, Tiruchirappalli, Madurai and Coimbatore are cordially requested to warmly receive our National President, General Secretary, National Chief Advisor, Hony Circle Chief Advisor and Hony CHQ Advisor and send them off in an approving way after meeting.
During General Secretary visit exhibit of SEWA flags, posture, flex or decorated welcome boards are preferable.
