It is intimated to you that I alongwith some BSNL Executives met with few days back and apprised about the misinterpretation of the DOPT OM dated 12.04.2022 for implementation of Own merit while Promotion in various cadres. I requested Honorable Chairman to give suitable directions to BSNL Management for implementation of aforesaid DOPT OM in true spirit.
