Original copy of the minutes of meeting held with Dy CLC today 20/7/2021 by representatives of AUAB and BSNL management is herewith attached. Due to ongoing Parliament session, DoT personnel not attended in the meeting. They requested to convene in a fresh date after completion of monsoon Parliament session. So, the proceeding adjourned. Dy CLC directed BSNL management to arrange a meeting of AUAB with Secy / Addl Secy of DoT within one week. After that fresh date will be fixed for next conciliation meeting. Protest against bringing more and more Senior Officers on deputation from DoT incurring huge expenditure when already 225 excess PGM/GMs are working in BSNL. BSNL is not able to pay the salary and medical facilities to its own employees. Even the Officers on deputation are deployed as per their choice, not on Company’s interest. Many big BAs having more than 50-100 crores revenue are not having PGM/GM but more than one PGM/GM is posted in BAs with very less connections and revenue! Excess Officers working on deputation in BSNL should be sent back to DoT immediately so that 05 to 08 crores expenditure can be reduced each month with an annual saving of 100 crores.
