On behalf of SEWABSNL, Celebrated incredible 133rd Birth Anniversary of Boddhisatva, Bharat Ratna, Architect of Modern India, Father of Indian Constitution, Babasaheb Dr B R Ambedkar, on 19th April 2024 at CTO Auditorium Eastern Court Janpath New Delhi from 11.00 am to 4.00 pm. The meeting was most enthusiastic, and it was well organised by our General Secretary Shri N D RAM.
Shri Kishore Makwana Ji Hon’ble Chairman National Commission for Scheduled Castes participated as ‘Chief Guest’. Dr Asha Lakra Hon’ble Member National Commission for Sceduled Tribes, Shri P K Purwar CMD BSNL, Dr Kalyan Sagar Nippani Director (HR) BSNL, Shri Ajit Gautam Sahab National Co-ordinator BAMCEF and Veteran Associate of Babasaheb and Manyawar Kanshi Ram Ji, Smt Vishakha Sailani Hon’ble Member NDMC and Bhante Deepankar Sumedho Chairman Buddhist Foundation of India
attended the program as ‘Guest of Honour’.
Shri K P Chaudhary Secretary General of All India Federation of SC/ST Organisations and Shri M S Adasul General Secretary SNEA were also attended as ‘Special Guest’.
Shri N D RAM public-spirited and active General Secretary of SEWA BSNL delivered marvelous speech and pointed out the following burning sensational issues in front of CMD BSNL, Director (HR) and all other guests for perusal and expedite pending promotions.
1) Immediate filing of Writ Petition/Appeal against CAT Chandigarh Judgement regarding AO to CAO Promotion.
2) To Resolve the Disparity – Issue of Educational Qualification from SDE to AGM Promotion in Civil, Electrical and Architecture Wings at par with Telecom and Finance.
3) Adhoc DGM ( T) to Regular DGM (T) Promotion and Subsequently AGM to DGM(T) Promotion.
4) Immediate issue of Promotion order of AGM (T) including PwBD Category promotions as per CAT Delhi Judgement.
5) Advisory to All CGMs to Avoid Atrocity against SC/ST Employees.
6) Modification in Transfer Policy
i) To Avoid Double Transfer ( Inter & Intra Circle)
ii) To Reduce Longer stay Transfer age from 56 to 55.
iii) Exemption of Women Officers from Inter Circle Transfers.
7) Requested Honorable Chairman NCSC to Conduct SC/ST Review Meeting in BSNL immediately to sort out the chronic legitimate issues for redressal
