Yesterday 07/11, we met Shri Parthiban ITS CGM BSNL TN Circle, introduced Newly Co-Opted Circle President Shri Murugaiyan, Circle Secratary Shri D Parimala Selvi, Circle Finance Secretary Shri A Vijay Sundar, Dy Circle Secratary Shri M Omprakash and Circle Organising Secretary Shri C Gunasekaran. Circle Office Bearers Shri D Pandidurai COS, Shri M Thinakaran ACS and Shri M Harimoorthy ECM, were also accompanied. From CGMO, Smt P Renuka DP, Shri S Gunasekaran DFS and considerable number of other Office Bearers from CGMO attended.
Although it was a First meeting of Circle Office Bearers with CGM and LO (SCT), disheartening to say about poor response from Office Bearers holding Circle level post except Shri M Thinakaran ACS (Cuddalore). Whenever meeting fixed with CGM, Circle Office Bearers should be ready to come at any cost without giving any lame excuse. Because Circle Office Bearers are considered as Leaders. If leaders are inertia, How we can run the Association ?
How we can settle the issues of our respected members ? Dear Circle Office Bearers, please think on it and try to be accountable considering the larger interest of our loyal members.
Even though it was an introductory meeting / first courtesy call with CGM,,, Our New Circle Secratary Smt D Parimala Selvi handled nicely and fairly. More or less touched and presented all the main pending issues, very particularly :
(1) Irregularities in recently issued Transfer and Postings of Executives in Accounts wing.
(2) Allotment of Office Accommodation for SEWABSNL Tamil Nadu Circle in Circle Office Building.
(3) Smt A Senthamizh AOS relieving from Vigilance to Admn section.
(4) Change of Section to Smt Arulselvi SDE (OL). Any other Section instead of Welfare Section.
(5) Action on long pending Communal Harassment and Life Threatening Complaint of Smt C Santhanalakshmi JTO Madurai.
(6) Complaint against GM (F) Circle Office for her Anti SC/ST, Anti SEWA attitude. Requested CGM to suitably instruct her to follow right procedures ; to change her Anti SEWA mindset.
(7) Complaint against lethargic attitude of GM Madurai in resolving the issues of SC/STs.
During the entire discussion our GM (HR & Admn) & LO (SCT) Shri V S Thulasi Raaman also was present. The meeting almost lasted for 2 hours. Our CGM was positive, heard everything patiently and has assured to look into it.
In toto, it was a good and smooth start. CONGRATS to Newly Inducted Circle President Shri M Murugaiyan, Circle Secratary Smt D Parimala Selvi, Circle Finance Secretary Shri A Vijay Sundar, Dy Circle Secratary Shri M Omprakash and Circle Organising Secretary Kodavasal Shri C Gunasekaran for their effective title role / enthusiastic involvement.
