SEWABSNL KERALA’s 4th CIRCLE CONFERENCE\u00a0 through Video Conferencing was convened on 25-07-2021 Sunday very Successfully in a grand manner.<\/p>\n
The Open session was presided over by Shri S.Rajaneesh Circle President. Shri P N Purushothaman Circle Secretary welcomed all . Our dynamic and beloved\u00a0 General Secretary SEWABSNL\u00a0Shri N D RAM inaugurated the open session. In his wonderful speech, he covered all our present issues, status, threat against reservation roster, our incessant activities to safe-guard the constitutional rights, the achievements\u00a0 and our future plan of action and burning issues faced by SEWABSNL, BSNL and BSNL Employees in general.<\/p>\n
Shri. C V Vinod ITS Chief General Manager Kerala Circle was the Chief Guest. Even though it was a Sunday, amid busy schedule of official as well as personal, sparing considerable time, he\u00a0interestingly attended the entire open session program, gave a wonderful and\u00a0 inspirational speech with excellent suggestions for solving the issues. We are very proud that our Kerala Circle has topped in various business segments under the dedicated and dynamic leadership of our CGM Shri Vinod sir.<\/p>\n
Our National Chief Advisor, an inspiring personality and great visionary leader Shri P N\u00a0 Perumal\u00a0 addressed the meeting. His motivating speech was a memorable one to all the participants. He covered the history of SEWA and various difficulties and hardships faced since beginning and about its gloomy days\u00a0and how it finally achieved its present shape. \nShri S Titussam NFS, during his speech, emphasized the need of\u00a0 unity\u00a0 and entreated members of Kerala to come\u00a0under one umbrella of SEWABSNL.<\/p>\n
Due to some unavoidable circumstances National President Shri V K Paswan\u00a0couldn’t\u00a0 attend the meeting , however, he conveyed his blessings for the conference every Success.
\nand due to some unavoidable reasons Shri Santhoshkumar Circle Secretary BSNLEU & Shri K P Jithesh Circle Secretary\u00a0 SNEA\u00a0 were also not attended the meeting, but they conveyed their best wishes.<\/p>\n
A very large number of members of SEWABSNL enthusiastically attended the meeting from beginning to end. Open Session ended with vote of thanks by Shri E R Harikumar Circle Finance Secretary.<\/p>\n
DELEGATES SESSION:<\/p>\n
In the post lunch Delegates session, agenda items were taken up for discussion.
\nSri S Titussam\u00a0 NFS inuagurated the delegates session and Chief Guest, National Chief Advisor Shri P N Perumal delivered a remembereable \u00a0 speech covering all points including Sewabsnl achievements, SEWA ‘s fight for implementation of reservation in promotion\u00a0 , retention of own merit in promotion, need of the\u00a0unity of SC \/ST Employees etc. Hony Circle Advisor Shri C S Rajendran also addressed the delegates pointing all the hurdles created by unscrupulous power mongers.
\nCircle\u00a0 President\u00a0 Shri S Rajaneesh\u00a0 presided over the delegates session\u00a0 .Circle Secretary Shri P N Purushothaman\u00a0 presented the\u00a0activities report in detail and the reports were\u00a0 unanimously\u00a0\u00a0 adopted . Districts\u00a0 Office bearers\u00a0 actively participated in the deliberation \u00a0and expressed their views and their Districts\u00a0units achievements and also discussed about organizational issues. Smt K R Megha Circle Vice President\u00a0 welcomed the delegates. Shri D Naval babu\u00a0Asst Circle Secretary nicely hosted the meeting in an extraordinary and tremendous way and delivered vote of thanks.<\/p>\n
After deliberations and vote of thanks, the Election Officer nominated by the CHQ, Shri S Titussam NFS took the charge for conduct of election process and conducted the election process in free and fair manner as per the guidelines and bye law of SEWA.
\nAfter discussions, only one panel was submitted to election officer and unanimously elected and declared with Shri E R Harikumar SDE Kottayam, Shri S Rajaneesh AO Pathanamthitta and Smt K R Megha AO Ernakulam as Circle President, Circle Secretary and Circle Finance Secretary respectively for 3 years tenure from 2021 to 24.<\/p>\n
